The award-winning art installation |SPORTS building at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Santa Barbara

On a pier in Santa Barbara, California, SPORTS Architects opened an art installation called Runaway. The installation is a competition-winning design by the Museum of Contemporary Art Santa Barbara (MCASB), which launched a new public art campaign in 2017 aimed at bringing art into outdoor Spaces. The project was awarded for its bright, playful features, modular functionality, and exchange of Santa Barbara area culture.
