Mother + Daughter ran from May 23rd to June 20th, 2021 at the Jessica Hagen Fine Art&Design Gallery in Newport, RI.

The show featured the artwork of Anne Mimi Sammis and her daughter Anne Patterson. It was the first time that the artists had exhibited their sculpture and paintings together.

Blue Bliss, a new gesture of Patteron’s exploration of hanging ribbon as sculpture, was situated alongside her watercolor paintings, as well as bronze works by Anne Mimi Sammis.
