For a short film commission FIELD remixed their database of image references from over 3 years into an ocean of colour. Artists’ sketch- and notebooks have often been searched for insight into the process of inspiration. In a digital time, amidst masses of stunning imagery found online every day, the challenge for creatives is not only to filter and reflect this input, but also to develop a raison d’être for any new images brought into the world.
