在美国加州圣芭芭拉，有一座让人看一眼就忘不了的房子。

人人都会对它的五颜六色印象深刻。现在这座房子被周围人形象地称为“彩虹屋”。

这座房子的主人是70岁的画家Jane Gottlieb和她的作家丈夫David Obst，把房子粉刷成这样正是Gottlieb本人的主意。

整个过程只花了两个月，对于一位专业画家来说，选择、搭配颜色并不难，Gottlieb玩得非常开心，她最后选了9种颜色将整个房子粉刷一新，没有一个房间保留原来的颜色，全部刷成更亮丽的彩色。

还拆除、重建了部分设施，让房子显得更艺术化。很快，一座让人耳目一新的房子就出现了。

从外观来看，一共包括3种粉色、2种紫色、1种蓝色、1种黄色和2种柠檬绿，其中使用面积最大的是紫色和蓝色。

随便一瞥，眼睛里就不可能只有一种颜色。

房子四周绿树掩映，就像一座藏在丛林中的童话城堡。

走进房子内部，看见的同样是满眼彩色。

Gottlieb特别擅长玩色彩，经过她的搭配，多种颜色堆在一起，给人的感觉不是杂乱，而是自成一派，有的角落看上去就像她的画活了一样，色彩富有层次感。Gottlieb还用了大量她自己的画装饰房子。

Gottlieb表示她的家是她目前为止最大的一件作品，对这座房子的喜爱溢于言表，

“这是我的3D艺术作品，我都数不清里面用了多少种颜色。”

“我很骄傲，我喜欢住在这里！”

In Santa Barbara, California, there is a house that will never be forgotten.

Everyone will be impressed by its color. Now the house is vividly called "Rainbow House" by people around it.

The house is owned by 70-year-old painter Jane Gottlieb and her writer husband David Obst, and it was Gottlieb's idea to paint the house like this.

The whole process only took two months, for a professional painter, choosing and matching colors is not difficult, Gottlieb had so much fun, she finally chose nine colors to paint the entire house, not one room retained the original color, all painted in brighter colors.

Some facilities were also demolished and rebuilt to make the house more artistic. Soon, a new house appeared.

From the appearance, a total of 3 kinds of pink, 2 kinds of purple, 1 kind of blue, 1 kind of yellow and 2 kinds of lemon green, of which the largest use area is purple and blue.

At a casual glance, the eyes can't have only one color.

The house was surrounded by trees, like a fairytale castle hidden in the jungle.

Gottlieb is particularly good at playing with color, after her collocation, a variety of colors piled together, giving people the feeling of not clutter, but its own school, some corners look like her paintings come to life, the color is rich in layers. Gottlieb also decorated the house with a large number of her own paintings.

Gottlieb says her home is her biggest work to date and she loves it,

"This is my 3D artwork and I can't even count how many colors are in it."

"I'm proud. I love living here!"
